Hi! we're Jason & Lyndsey,

We’ve had successful and demanding careers in recruitment and the NHS for over 25 years and becoming less enthusiastic about the day-to-day challenges within our chosen careers.

A little while ago we decided we wanted a change in direction and build something that would give our family time and financial freedom. We’ve always enjoyed what we do but felt that the time was right to do something for us.

Now we work with like-minded individuals that are also seeking a change by partnering with a global business in the personal & professional development space.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED US HERE:

We’ve both had careers that have been enjoyable as well as demanding for over 20 years whilst also raising our two daughters. I have worked in the recruitment sector and Lyndsey worked within the NHS. Whilst our careers have been rewarding in their own ways, we both knew that we wanted a better balance between work and life.

A few years ago, we decided that we wanted a change of pace in our lives, so we moved away from London, and we now live in Scotland with our daughter and our spaniel Bonnie. We’re now creating a life on our own terms and building our business that allows us to travel more and give our girls more experiences.

For many years our work lives have provided us with financial independence and leadership within diverse teams. But as we progressed the realisation that the demands would always be greater and the resources to deliver would not match. So, we decided to look for something different, something that would give us the change we craved and the chance to work with like minded people. Our search exposed us to a variety of different business opportunities and ways of working. Many of these businesses had examples of how to create success if we just followed the system. But we had no desire to hassle family and friends or promote the latest fad in healthcare or wellbeing. None of these opportunities aligned with our values or beliefs.

Growth through personal development:

We always felt that the right opportunity would present itself to us. The growth of the internet and the potential to grow an online business was always in our minds and although we were cautious about the promises of some, we would keep an open mind and base our decision on our core beliefs.

Then, one day while scrolling through social media Lyndsey came across an advertisement for an opportunity in the personal development space. We’d always had an interest in personal development and have read the books of Tony Robbins, Louise Hay and Steven Covey. When we investigated what was on offer, we knew that we’d found what we were looking for. We have always believed in the power of self- improvement and self-belief and how we can always learn new skills.

So, we made the decision to start our journey. And now we get to work with other people who have chosen to make a change.
